From Albania, besides the other developments, something new and interesting: on the 4th of February a devotional meeting was held for the first time in Vlora Public Library. Four librarians and four Baha’is from 2 cities participated. The librarians were very pleased and the devotional will be every Thursday at 12 under the attention of a dear pioneer living in Vlora, Mrs. Martha Otto.
