I just wanted to quickly report to you about my experiences with the first
seminar on moral leadership in Overath, a small city which is 15 minutes
away from Cologne, Germany.
The participants of the moral leadership seminar were 14 women, among them
11 non-Bahais who had just finished a weekly seminar about "encouragement"
which was offered in a sequence of 10 evenings by the Baha'i Community of
Overath. Many of the participants had a a pedagogical background and work
as teachers.
I
started with an evening seminar on 15th of

February
for 2,5 hours where I introduced mainly the first two chapters of the
moral leadership seminar, prepared by Kambiz and Angelika. I also
presented Vision to them and they were very impressed by this Network.
All the participants enjoyed the material very much and asked for follow
up seminars on moral leadership. At the moment we try to find dates for
this follow up seminar on the moral leadership material.
The material is really fantastic and very appealing to a broad audience.
